{"id":6154,"date":"2022-12-07T11:17:50","date_gmt":"2022-12-07T10:17:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.international.grandestdeveloppement.fr\/exonerations-fiscales\/"},"modified":"2025-03-27T13:25:28","modified_gmt":"2025-03-27T12:25:28","slug":"steuerbefreiung","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/international.grandestdeveloppement.fr\/de\/steuerbefreiung\/","title":{"rendered":"Steuerbefreiung in den Ardennen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ARDENNES : das BER-Gebiet (Bassin d&#8217;Emploi \u00e0 Redynamiser)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ardennen profitieren von einer besonderen Regelung f\u00fcr Steuerbefreiung f\u00fcr alle Unternehmen, die in der BER-Zone (Bassin d&#8217;Emploi \u00e0 Redynamiser), die 351 Gemeinden im gesamten n\u00f6rdlichen und \u00f6stlichen Teil des Departements umfasst, neue Aktivit\u00e4ten gr\u00fcnden (oder bestehende Aktivit\u00e4ten ausweiten). Die Ardennen liegen an der Autobahnachse Amsterdam-Marseille, zwei Stunden von Lille und Br\u00fcssel entfernt, und sind ein Knotenpunkt f\u00fcr den internationalen Handel sowie ein Industrie- und Logistikzentrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Regelung sieht Steuerbefreiung von 100% \u00fcber 5 Jahre vor f\u00fcr :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die K\u00f6rperschaftssteuer (KSt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Grundsteuer und die CFE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sowie eine f\u00fcnfj\u00e4hrige Befreiung von einem Teil der Sozialversicherungsbeitr\u00e4ge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diese Steuerbefreiungsregelung wurde heute bis zum 31.
