Sie \u00fcbernimmt das ehemalige Knorr-Geb\u00e4ude, um dort eine industrielle Aktivit\u00e4t zu entwickeln, die langfristig bis zu 200 Arbeitspl\u00e4tze schaffen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Einweihung der UMIAMI-Fabrik f\u00fcr pflanzliche Proteine in Duppigheim.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine derzeitige <strong>Produktion von 7 500 Tonnen pflanzlicher Fleisch- und Fischersatzstoffe<\/strong>, die auf bis zu 20 000 Tonnen ansteigen kann. Dies ist die ausgewiesene Kapazit\u00e4t der Anlage von UMIAMI in Duppigheim (Elsass), die am 18. M\u00e4rz offiziell eingeweiht wurde. Die Produktion wurde Ende 2023 aufgenommen und derzeit arbeiten 53 Personen dort. Die Fabrik soll mit <strong>zwei zus\u00e4tzlichen Produktionslinien und einer Linie f\u00fcr industrielle Forschung und Entwicklung weiter ausgebaut werden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Wachstumsmarkt f\u00fcr pflanzliche Alternativen zu Fleisch.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>UMIAMI ist ein franz\u00f6sisches Foodtech-Unternehmen, das 2020 gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Sie hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, dabei zu helfen, <strong>den Fleischkonsum weltweit zu reduzieren<\/strong>, um die Auswirkungen auf die Gesundheit, die Tiere und die Umwelt zu begrenzen. Nach mehrj\u00e4hriger Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeit hat UMIAMI ein <strong>100 % pflanzliches Produkt <\/strong>entwickelt, das in jeder Hinsicht Fleisch nachahmt (Geschmack, Textur, Farbe, Saftigkeit\u2026). Durch das Verfahren der &#8220;Umisation&#8221; ist es nun m\u00f6glich, <strong>in industriellem Ma\u00dfstab pflanzliche Teile mit fleisch\u00e4hnlichen Fasern herzustellen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Wahl von Ostfrankreich f\u00fcr die Industrialisierung seiner Produktion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Unternehmen hat den ehemaligen Knorr-Industriestandort in Duppigheim <strong>aufgrund seiner Lage im Herzen Europas<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Industrialisierung seiner Produktion ausgew\u00e4hlt. Dieser entspricht dem Markt von UMIAMI und befindet sich <strong>gleichzeitig in der N\u00e4he der wichtigsten Rohstoffversorgungsquellen, des Know-hows und der Industriekultur<\/strong> der Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt <strong>wurde vom Staat im Rahmen der Ma\u00dfnahmen France 2030 und von der Region Grand Est (Ostfrankreich) stark unterst\u00fctzt<\/strong>.
