Bis zum Jahr 2027 sollen an der bemerkenswerten Ardenner St\u00e4tte der Abtei der sieben Font\u00e4nen in der N\u00e4he von Charleville-Mezi\u00e8res fast 180 hochwertige Touristenunterk\u00fcnfte entstehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein High-End-Gro\u00dfprojekt<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das Anfang 2023 gestartete Gro\u00dfprojekt soll bei seiner Er\u00f6ffnung im Jahr 2027 etwa f\u00fcnfzehn bis zwanzig Besch\u00e4ftigte schaffen und langfristig fast 50 mit einer Aufnahmekapazit\u00e4t von \u00fcber 1000 Personen. Es werden verschiedene Wohnkonfigurationen angeboten werden, von der Unterkunft f\u00fcr zwei Personen bis hin zum Ferienhaus mit 24 Schlafpl\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parallel dazu zielt ein weiteres, von lokalen Akteuren getragenes Projekt darauf ab, die Abtei zu renovieren, um sie als Restaurant zu nutzen und Seminarr\u00e4ume sowie einen Wellnessbereich anzubieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher Ort und ein Kollektiv, das sich f\u00fcr seine F\u00f6rderung einsetzt<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dieser magische Ort, der fr\u00fcher der Schwiegerfamilie von General de Gaulle geh\u00f6rte und in Fagnon liegt, beherbergte nacheinander ein Restaurant, ein Hotel und einen Golfplatz, bevor er in den letzten Jahren vernachl\u00e4ssigt wurde. Das neue Projekt, das vom niederl\u00e4ndischen Marktf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr Feriend\u00f6rfer Landal Green Parks<\/a> getragen wird, wird ab 2022 von Invest Eastern France<\/a>, Ardennes D\u00e9veloppement<\/a> und der Agence de D\u00e9veloppement Touristique des Ardennes<\/a> begleitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Standortvorteile der Ardennen gegen\u00fcber den nordeurop\u00e4ischen Kunden, die bemerkenswerte nat\u00fcrliche und kulturelle Umgebung des Standorts, aber auch die Reaktionsf\u00e4higkeit und das Engagement aller lokalen Akteure haben die Gruppe davon \u00fcberzeugt, dieses Gro\u00dfprojekt dort zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
