Vor f\u00fcnf Jahren war Stanislas Maximim, Gr\u00fcnder von Latitude, sowohl <strong>von der N\u00e4he zwischen Reims und Paris (45 Minuten mit dem TGV) <\/strong>als auch vom Empfang und dem Vertrauen der Stadt Reims begeistert. Heute erneuert Latitude seine Standortwahl in Reims f\u00fcr d<strong>ie Entwicklung seines Testzentrums und seiner ersten Fabrik.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aufbau&nbsp;eines europ\u00e4ischen Luft- und Raumfahrtzentrums und einer ersten Fabrik&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anfang 2025 hat Latitude mehrere wichtige Schritte in seiner Entwicklung gemacht. Die Teams der Spacetech haben insbesondere &#8220;vier wichtige Tests&#8221; f\u00fcr die Entwicklung ihres Motors im M\u00e4rz erfolgreich abgeschlossen und den Erfolg des ersten Tests der &#8220;Druckz\u00fcndung der Brennkammer ihres Motors in Flugkonfiguration&#8221; verzeichnet. Um diese Tests durchzuf\u00fchren, hat Latitude ein F&amp;E- und Testzentrum in Vatry (40 Minuten von Reims entfernt) <strong>auf einer ehemaligen NATO-Milit\u00e4rbasis eingerichtet. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Navier flight version combustion chamber hot firing test\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jd7H3tTX8_c?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>An diesem Standort hat das Unternehmen mit dem Bau eines &#8220;Spaceports&#8221; und eines Startturms begonnen. Ziel ist es, dort statische, nicht-dynamische Tests durchzuf\u00fchren. Dieses Luft- und Raumfahrtzentrum mit europ\u00e4ischer Ausrichtung wird in der Lage sein, Subunternehmer oder Raumfahrtakteure f\u00fcr Tests aufzunehmen. Stanislas Maximim, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer und Gr\u00fcnder von Latitude, begr\u00fcndete die Wahl dieses Standorts: &#8220;<em>Vatry ist ein perfekter Ort, weil man auspacken, Tests durchf\u00fchren, wieder einpacken und am selben Tag nach Reims zur\u00fcckkehren kann. Das ist einzigartig in Frankreich, ein Vorteil, den kein von unseren Konkurrenten besitzt.<\/em>&#8221; Hinzu kommt die geografische Lage dieser ehemaligen NATO-Basis: weit entfernt von jeglicher menschlicher T\u00e4tigkeit und daher geeignet f\u00fcr Aktivit\u00e4ten, die L\u00e4rmbel\u00e4stigungen verursachen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"bloc-exergue \">\n        <p><strong><em>&#8220;Das ist einzigartig in Frankreich und bietet einen Vorteil, den kein anderer Konkurrent besitzt.&#8221; &#8211; <\/em><\/strong>Stanislas Maximim, founder of Latitude<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach den ersten erfolgreichen Tests bereitet sich das Start-up nun darauf vor, in seine operative Phase einzutreten. Vor 2026 wird Latitude <strong>eine 25.000 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfe Fabrik in Reims aufbauen<\/strong>, in der bis 2030 j\u00e4hrlich <strong>etwa f\u00fcnfzig kleine Satellitenwerfer namens Zephyr produziert werden k\u00f6nnen<\/strong>. Am 14. April gab das Unternehmen bekannt, dass es <strong>als Gewinner des Bpifrance-Projektausschreibens &#8220;Erste Fabrik&#8221; ausgew\u00e4hlt wurde<\/strong>. Es ist das einzige Raumfahrtunternehmen, das bei diesem Projektausschreiben gewonnen hat. Latitude wird auch <strong>von der Europ\u00e4ischen Weltraumorganisation und dem Centre National d&#8217;\u00c9tudes Spatiales (CNES)<\/strong> unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Der n\u00e4chste Schritt in der Entwicklung des Start-ups<\/strong>: ein erster institutioneller Start in Kourou (Guyana) im Auftrag des CNES, der franz\u00f6sischen Raumfahrtagentur, im Jahr 2026. Der franz\u00f6sische Staat m\u00f6chte auf Unternehmen der Deeptech wie Latitude z\u00e4hlen k\u00f6nnen, um die Kriegswirtschaft zu unterst\u00fctzen. Um dieser Erwartung gerecht zu werden, wird der Tr\u00e4ger von Latitude in der Lage sein, sowohl zivile kommerzielle Satelliten als auch milit\u00e4rische Satelliten in niedrige Umlaufbahnen zu schicken, und das sogar in sehr kurzen Zeitr\u00e4umen, falls erforderlich. &#8220;Das nennt man Responsive Launch, also die F\u00e4higkeit, auf Befehl der Armeen innerhalb von 72 Stunden eine Rakete zu starten, um beispielsweise einen besch\u00e4digten Satelliten zu ersetzen.
