(odoo.com)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Auf der Chemesis-Plattform entwickelte Aktivit\u00e4ten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MAASH wurde 2021 in Br\u00fcssel gegr\u00fcndet<\/strong> und trat mit der Pilzfermentation in den Markt f\u00fcr Foodtech und alternative Proteine ein, wobei der <strong>Schwerpunkt auf Mykoproteinen<\/strong> lag. Um seine Prozesse zu industrialisieren und die wachsende Nachfrage auf dem europ\u00e4ischen Markt zu befriedigen, hat MAASH die Gelegenheit ergriffen, <strong>die Fermentationsanlage in Carling (Mosel) zu \u00fcbernehmen, die urspr\u00fcnglich 2021 von METEX N\u00d8\u00d8VISTA <\/strong>in Betrieb genommen und im M\u00e4rz 2024 unter Konkursverwaltung gestellt wurde. Etwa zehn Arbeitspl\u00e4tze konnten erhalten werden, langfristig besteht das Potenzial, 70 weitere Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MAASH ist auf die Kultivierung von Myzel, der Wurzelstruktur von Pilzen, spezialisiert, die reich an Ballaststoffen und Proteinen ist. Durch Fermentierung wird dieses Myzel exponentiell gez\u00fcchtet, <strong>um eine dichte, nahrhafte und nachhaltige Proteinzutat mit einer h\u00fchnerfleisch\u00e4hnlichen Textur zu erzeugen<\/strong>. Diese Zutat wird an die Lebensmittelindustrie z<strong>ur Verwendung in Fertigprodukten wie Burgern, W\u00fcrstchen und Nuggets geliefer<\/strong>t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Das belgische Unternehmen plant, den Betrieb im Jahr 2026 aufzunehmen. <\/strong>In der ersten Phase will MAASH die bestehenden Anlagen so anpassen, dass 2.000 Tonnen pro Jahr produziert werden k\u00f6nnen, bevor eine Produktionskapazit\u00e4t von 10.000 Tonnen pro Jahr erreicht wird.
