Situ\u00e9es sur l\u2019axe autoroutier Amsterdam-Marseille, \u00e0 2h de Lille et Bruxelles, les Ardennes sont un carrefour de commerce international et un hub industriel et logistique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dispositif pr\u00e9voit des exon\u00e9rations de 100% sur 5 ans pour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019imp\u00f4t sur les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s (IS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La taxe fonci\u00e8re et la CFE <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ainsi qu\u2019une exon\u00e9ration de 5 ans sur une partie des cotisations sociales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce dispositif d&rsquo;exon\u00e9rations fiscales est aujourd\u2019hui confirm\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus d\u2019informations : <a
