This project responds to a significant shortage of accommodation in the valley and is part of an already well-established tourist dynamic: more than 2 million annual visitors to the Hautes Vosges, 90,000 paying visitors to the Parc de Wesserling (a figure that is constantly increasing) and a population base of 5 million inhabitants within a 2-hour drive, including customers from across the border
in Basel, Fribourg, and Zurich.
By combining tourism, business, and culture, this future complex aims to become a must-see destination for individual stays, seminars, weddings, and major events, while sustainably promoting a unique heritage.
