The municipality wishes to allocate the plot to a project of high architectural, landscape and environmental quality with preservation of the vegetation along the stream and maintenance of the ecological permeability of the site, especially for bats.
Soultzmatt-Wintzfelden is a commune of 2426 inhabitants located halfway between Colmar and Mulhouse, on the border of the plain of Alsace and the Vosges. A must-see stop on the Wine Route, it benefits from the reputation of its waters and wines and has chosen to develop a rural tourism respectful of nature. You can discover the vineyard and its hiking trails.
