Up to 9. 6 ha available in a park designed to accommodate medical or pharmaceutical production activities. This location will allow companies to benefit from the ecosystem dedicated to health particularly developed in the metropolis of Greater Nancy less than 20 minutes away.
Greater Nancy brings together companies and start-ups that drive health (Plant Advanced Technologies, Equasens (Pharmagest), Etap Lab. . . ) as well as health research centres (Inserm, UL’s Biology, Medicine and Health cluster, INRIA, CRAN, LORIA, CNRS, ICL, IJL) and a hospital-university institute dedicated to chronic inflammatory bowel diseases.
There are 9,600 health students in the Urban Unit, about 1 in 5 students and 4,900 engineering students per year.
