Invest Eastern France changes its name and becomes Grand Est Développement International
On January 25th, Grand E-Nov+ changes its name and becomes Grand Est Développement, the regional agency for transformations. This new name is the result of the agency’s evolving missions over the past years and becomes a strong symbol of its affiliation with the Region Grand Est.
Affiliation, clarity, unity and impact
Grand Est Développement is the regional agency supporting the industrial, environmental, and digital transformation of companies and territories in the Region Grand Est. Created in 2018 at the initiative of the Region Grand Est and the CCI Grand Est, with the support of the European Union, the agency promotes the economic development of the Grand Est.
Grand Est Développement will be organized around four main activities:
- Grand Est Développement Solutions
- Grand Est Développement Accompagnement
- Grand Est Développement International
- Grand Est Développement Territoires
Invest Eastern France becomes Grand Est Développement International
Grand Est Développement International (formerly Invest Eastern France) has become the unique contact point at the Grand Est’s scale for foreign investors and project carriers (foreign companies planning to settle in the region) and is the regional partner of Business France, the French agency responsible for prospecting and developing investment projects on a national scale. Grand Est Développement International provides a rich set of information on the main regional assets and offers a large range of free, confidential, and tailor-made solutions to potential foreign investors. Our services have been designed to facilitate decision-makers and promote the success of investment projects, in partnership with economic development agencies of different territories (Business Sud Champagne, ADIRA, Lorr’ Up, La Meuse!, Reims Business, Ardennes Développement, Moselle Attractivité, Invest in Metz, Vosges&Co, Marne Développement).
Over the past 5 years, our agency has supported over 110 establishment projects, secured 6800 jobs, and accompanied projects for around €6 billion in investment.
