Call for Projects at the Strasbourg Port until June 27th 2025

The PAS Group (The Strasbourg Port) has just released 2 call for projects for 2 locations strategically situated next to the German border and the Rhine River :

  1. Rue du Bassin de la Minoterie in Strasbourg
    • Lot 2 : Rail-connected land of 18,160 m², with access to the basin + industrial halls of 6,400 m²
    • Lot 3: Land of 9,181 m² + industrial halls of 4,821 m²
  2. Rue de Brest in Strasbourg
    • Rail-connected land of 21,984 m² + railway warehouse of 11,502 m²

Call for Project 1 : Rue du Bassin de la Minoterie in Strasbourg

The purpose of this call for projects is to select two economic operators for the allocation of an occupancy title concerning the leasing of a 18,160 m² rail-connected and waterfront land, along with 6,400 m² of enclosed industrial halls (Lot 2), and an 8,300 m² land with 4,050 m² of industrial halls (Lot 3) located on Rue du Bassin de l’Industrie in the industrial-port area of Strasbourg.

The operators should develop an industrial and/or logistics activity. Specifically for Lot 2, the operator should use multimodal transport (rail and/or river) for the supply and/or shipment of their goods, and each project must present a quantitative and temporal commitment in terms of multimodal traffic.

Call for Project 2 : Rue de Brest in Strasbourg

The purpose of this call for projects is to select an economic operator for the allocation of an occupancy title concerning the leasing of a 2.2-hectare land located at 14 and 18 Rue de Brest in the industrial-port area of Strasbourg, and the sale of the built assets on said land (old halls, railway dock).

The operator should develop an industrial and/or logistics activity on this site, requiring the use of rail transport for the supply and/or shipment of their goods. Each project must present a commitment in terms of rail traffic, as this criterion is essential for the Port.
